Biography about Me
[Daniel is a traditional cartoonist artist that also specializes in mixed media experiments digitally with Tradigital methods.]Before discovering my talents in Arts I had an fixation interest towards Computers
& Technology which became a childhood talent of mine since 1999.Later on in life, I've began studying further towards my entire art practice since late 2012 after noticing potential talent on my first illustration, where I have finally decided that I wanted to pursue a career in media arts, at the time knowing that I was in special needs classes throughout my entire school-life since 2002 and not given the chance being able to properly graduate high school academically, where previously I wanted to pursue Computer Science & Engineering.However at 2015 I have overworked too much on wanting to learn a lot on my art skills to become skillful rapidly, and causing my left drawing arm side to become impaired and dysfunctional, where I am receiving treatment & therapy to this day.Over the years I've tried to figure out what to do with my interests at art. Where I used to volunteer a in-person community comic art studio Cloudscape as a regular during at 2016 until 2019.I have attempted to pursue post-secondary at Langara Continuing Studies for Animation and Digital Art at 2019, but unfortunately I have dropped out on the first term due to my physical issues not complying to keep up with the rate of the class, afterwards I've later received tutoring from one of the professors guiding me towards further understanding digital-art & animation, where previously I have focused my art-skills on drawing everything in traditional mediums from the start.Currently afterwards of trying what to do independently, I am trying to share my efforts at the internet and after losing one of my 300+ follower IG accounts on late 2022 from phishers, during at 2023 I’ve attended at Emily Carr University for part-time classes towards Storybook Illustrating, Animation and Storyboarding.
Later around 2024 I have started to do daily live streaming my efforts of artwork where people would enjoy seeing my process, where I also help others that chat in by about how it’s done, besides leisure of playing video games weekly.As a person with ASD and dealing physical issues on my drawing arm side, I am currently planning some self-made media ideas such as creating a video-game or comics to work on independently or with others to join in, I am ongoing of trying to find a start though the animation & media-arts industry for an internship or work experience with like-minded people who are experienced with the media-arts industry.
